Mandatory spay and neutoring of all pets. Registration of all "crates" so we can see who is planning the containment and why. Any American that is proven to hunt, kill, trap, or confine any indangered or illegal animal, is prosecuted to the fullest extent. An argument for outlawing all dog houses is that all animal agencies agree that it is cruel to put an animal on a chain or to confine it without attention, love, affection, contact and interaction with humans or other animals. And it is against the law to Treat An Animal in any Manor Of Cruelty.There for It Should Be Against The Law To Put Any Animal On A Chain or in a small Pin!
