We, the customers, love our LuLaRoe. We love the rush of the hunt, the buttery softness of the garments and the sense of community we have within the LLR world. There's one glaring issue-the quality. What good is buttery softness if the clothing falls apart? Leggings arrive with pin holes. Entire bottoms shred to pieces on the first wear. Carly dresses have pilling, even where there is no friction. Leggings come with legs of different lengths. Patterns bleed. Stitching falls apart and hems are not finished. Pockets are not aligned with the pattern and sometimes come crooked or placed too low.
We enjoy LuLaRoe but many of us cannot justify spending our hard-earned money on clothing we cannot depend on. We all fear that our bottoms will be exposed to a legging blowout. We worry about clothes looking worn out after just 1 wear. We want our fun prints and soft fabrics, but we demand better quality.
Dear LuLaRoe,
We are your tried and true customers. Most of us own over 25 pieces of LuLaRoe and sport our leggings and tees daily. We love the prints and colors and the fit, but there is one thing we cannot wrap our heads around: The lack of quality control.
Examples:
1) Many of us have received leggings with pin holes. We're told that LLR double brushes the leggings to make them buttery soft, but what good is that if you risk having your rear exposed?
2) Pockets on the Carly dress are rarely aligned. A few have even come placed on the abdomen, under the bust.
3) Some garments have incomplete stictching. We've seen leggings where the waistband isn't properly sewn to the pant legs.
4) Leggings come with different size legs. I've seen some that are off by as much as 6"!
5) Legging fit varies by country. My Korean made leggings fit much smaller than my Indonesian made leggings. The sizing is extremely inconsistent.
6) I should wear an XL in the Randy. Instead, I wear a 3XL and it fits very snug.
7) I sized up in the Azure, a loose fitting skirt, and it was still too snug.
We demand better quality. Many of us have stopped buying from LuLaRoe consultants because we realize that the quality is lacking.
