GET RID OF THE MEDAL SYSTEM IN COMPETITIVE OVERWATCH

    In lower elos (plat and below) people use the medals as an excuse to
    A: flame their teammates
    B: not switch off of a hero that is clearly not working
    C: be a general ! @&*(

    It needs either reworked or gotten rid of entirely.
