An investigation into the death of BOB CASSILLY was neglected by The Saint Louis City Metropolitan Police Department on 9/26/2011. Evidence of MURDER has been exhaustively collected by his widow Giovanna Cassilly and we believe Bob Cassilly has a human right to a death investigation. We beg that law enforcement take this murder evidence and begin an investigation immediatly.
Bob Cassilly was a US citizen, a native resident of St. Louis, MO who paid tens of millions of tax dollars to the City of St. Louis, the State of Missouri and the federal government. Bob has earned his right to an investigation. Bob was an internationally reknown sculptor, his creation CITY MUSEUM is a civic attraction that generates over $10 million dollars a year, creates hundreds of jobs and tourist revenue for the city. CEMENTLAND, Bob's solo project, was an amusement park that was expected to open in 2012 with tripple attendence. Because Bob's estate planning was not completed at the time of his death, both attractions (50% of CITY MUSEUM) were in St. Louis City probate over the last 5 years. Giovanna and their 2 children were forced out of CITY MUSEUM, and several atempts were made to destroy CEMENTLAND and Bob's bulldozer during this time. The existing destruction of the project and Bob's legacy, is connected to Bob's murder. Giovanna has indebted herself to secure and preserve the crime scene.
There is absolutely no excuse for the neglect of his death investigation by law enforcement to continue. WE BEG YOU TO TAKE THE MURDER EVIDENCE AND BEGIN THESE PROCEDURES AND QUESTIONING. Time is critical and the safety, security of Bob's wife and their minor children is of great concern.
