Urgent....Say "NO" to demolishing a K.C. historic film row building.

Kansas City's community, philanthropists, and leaders love to brag about our booming Crossroads Arts district....Our job (that's you) is to bark when a historic property owner forgets her moral and social obligation to be a responsible steward of Kansas City's official and unofficial historic landmarks.

Details:  Shirley Helzberg, owner of the Webster House, needs to hear a loud message that Kansas Citians care about saving historic buildings. Support her in NOT bulldozing the Orion Pictures Building and NOT replacing it with the planned three story parking lot.  Killing viable and important historical landmarks just so a few patrons can walk one block, instead of two, to have lunch or dinner is not the wisdom for which our next generation will thank us.

Quickly: Your signing this petition is part of the effective problem solving that many historic neighborhoods across America employ to preserve historic architecture and roots. It happens every day and everybody wins.
