Please sign and share this petition to put an end to killing Rhinos as a way to keep them from becoming extinct! Have you ever heard of anything so bizarre?! It is already a fact that Africa’s western black rhino is officially extinct.
These massive, incredible animals became extinct due to practices of poaching, not only for the black rhino but also the white and Asian Javan rhino. There is a lacking somewhere in the conservation and protection of all of these animals, with only about 29,000 of them remaining worldwide. The idea of some across the country is that encouraging the hunting of these animals is a way to protect them from extinction, which does not make sense at all!!
The Dallas Safari Club secured the right to hunt one of Namibia's 1,800 remaining black rhinos, and it has been endorsed by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service! This ill practice is expected to generate about $750,000which will be going back to the Conservation Trust Fund for Namibia's Black Rhino. They are even talking about filming the bizarre acts while on safari.
Please help to save the rhinos by other means than those proposed!! Please sign and share this petition to put an end to killing Rhinos as a way to keep them from becoming extinct!
U.S. Fish & Wildlife and Animal Activist Worldwide - There have got to be more humane ways to save the rhinos worldwide than the savage acts proposed by the Dallas Safari Club. Look into other means of donations and generating monies in an effort to protect these animals rather than a form of animal abuse to save the animals. This is ridiculous and bizarre!! Stop these unwarranted killings and find other ways to conserve the beautiful, amazing and majestic rhino that is in need of protection and living life as they are meant to live!
Keep up the great work. Look what you've accomplished!
