Equal Rights to Tennis, Foot Net, and Pickle Ball Courts!

As fellow members of the Goveners Ranch community we have been denied equal rights to the tennis courts to play in our family oriented sports leagues. Last night on June 16 2017, our families joined together to play one of our foot net games we have been playing for the past year. The sport consist of using a soccer ball and your feet, it is very similar to tennis other then the ball and hit method used. The ball does not harm the nets and is an OFFICIAL SPORT. The sign stating the rules of the court say no where that foot net or pickle ball may not be played. Nor does it say tennis balls only. Throughout elementary school and high school we are taught these games on the tennis court. So now why are we being denied to play? Upon arriving we passed several woman drinking wine and socializing as they do after every tennis game. We passed by and said hello whilst being ignored with death stares. What right do they have to judge us when we do not judge them? We began playing our game and after about ten minutes in to our game a concerned lady came into the middle of the court (with a drink in hand) and stopped our game. We all found this very rude as we have never stopped or interrupted any of there games. We were forced to stop as the lady informed us there is only one game that can be played on a tennis court. She then demanded our names and refused to give hers. Foot net is an official game that requires a tennis court to play. We play later at night when fewer residents are there so we do not distract fellow players. Although we have played countless times with tennis players and everyone has got along greatly, laughing, smiling and joking allowing growth of friendship throughout the community. No member of the community has ever had a problem with our sport or had such negative rude comments to say. You tell me what is more wrong... Drinking wine after a tennis match and driving home through your community with your children still on the streets endangering everyone's life. Or allowing a group of families to play a sport which will grow like any other in the USA. This is America and we have created many sports that faced opposition, scrutiny and disgust in the eyes of some. Look at baseball and how far Americas greatest pastime sport has grown. It was not stopped due to broken windows or outrageous fly balls. Now I ask what other sports can be played on a baseball field? Would I be kicked off the field for playing kickball with my family? Or perhaps maybe kicked of the soccer field past the school for playing football or even rugby? I think not. Why must we face discrimination for a sport we have played with are families for over a year? Growing closer to each other, our families and the community whilst doing so, due to the fact a partially intoxicated woman didn't like our sport? Can we not all get along and grow as a community and offer ways for family bonding. This bonding time allowes us to curb negative aspects of life including drug use, alcohol, vandalism and negative behavior. All we are asking is for equality of rights as our forefathers declared in the constitution. Would baseball have ever become a sport if some intoxicated members of the community tried to stop the game?
