The man who killed cooling -blood 4 puppies and a their mother -dog

A man from Tulcea (Jurilovca), Romania has cruelly killed 4 puppies, with an ax in front of their mother-dog and after that, he killed also with same ax the mother-dog. Please sign this petition the man to be punished with a maximum sentence from the Romanian autorities !
Un barbat din Tulcea (jurilovca), Romania a omorit cu cruzime, cu un topor 4 catelusi in fata catelei si apoi a omorit-o si pe aceasta cu acelasi topor...Va rog sa semnati aceasta petitie ca barbatul sa fie pedepsit cu o sentinta maxima de autoritatile din Ro.
