Give High School students more than a little carton of milk.:(

I am a freshman at Harris County High School and there are no water fountains at the high school. All we get is a little carton of milk for lunch. Every day I am thirsty at school but there is nothing to drink. I believe this is wrong and I know I'm not the only one. Giving us a carton of milk was fine in elementary school but in high school we need more.
