Clean water, as well as fresh air, shelter, clothing, medical treatments as well as medicine, foods, etc should never be a luxury, but a given. We would not want our children to do without so why should others? Children are innocent, unable to fend for themselves, and do not deserve to have to struggle for the simplest of things which we in this country take for granted. Help them.
