The Environmental Protection Agency has denied California's waiver request to cut global warming pollution from automobiles. This decision
ignores the science and the law.
Seventeen other states plan to implement similar programs. EPA's action is nothing more than a heavy handed stroke to limit the authority of states to fight global warming and protect our environment.
It is reported that EPA Administrator Johnson's staff even recommended approving the waiver because it met all the necessary standards.
California is leading the country to fight global warming, and the EPA and Administrator Johnson are holding them back.
Send a letter today to Administrator Johnson expressing your outrage at this unfounded decision!

We have an illicit dynasty running the free world who believe war is good for the market. Look at all the human legs which are being blown off from orders in Washington. Sadly while I agree with this petition I know there are humans living in scrawler too. The light at the end of the tunnel is YOU. Get involved and stay involved. Train your children and grandchildren integrity. When you pass on, your legacy will stay involved.

The job of the EPA is to keep my air clean. Period. You are a civil servant, your day job is dependent on my tax dollars and you will listen to what California is telling you. You do not live here and you do not know of the health implications that your careless decision will bring to tens of thousands of Californians. pass the waiver and get out of the way. You have no right or business being in the position that you are in and it will be a great day for this country when you are forced to leave!
