Service members fighting for our country shouldn't have to worry about their families' health care. But millions of military patients and their families are already having trouble finding physicians. Since TRICARE, the military insurance plan for active and retired military members and their families, is tied to Medicare, future doctor payment cuts will cause even greater harm to their health care quality. Unless Congress acts now, future doctor payment cuts will deprive these heroes of the health care they need and deserve. Help protect service members' access to doctors!
We signed the “America's Veterans Deserve Adequate Medical Care” petition!

I understand that medical expenditures by our government need to be brought under control, but please do not do it at the expense of the people who have sacrificed so much for our country.

After all the platitudes from our government about the need to support our troops overseas, I find it shocking and a disgrace that our veterans don't get adequate healthcare. This tragic problem MUST be corrected.
By the way, I come from a family that has been in the U.S. since 1650, and members have fought in every single war since the American Revolution.

For all of the crap we americans have to put up with. The things that you do.Just try for once to do the right thing.Dont leave them behind. I had a friend die in September because what the gov. did to him when he fought for his country.
This is when the gov. turn their back and said that is not why he is sick. I am sick and tired of all the crap you guys dish out. I pay a lot of Taxes and sturggle each day to make my bills and can not pay for my meds. So you and your family have health insurance - stop playing with peoples lives who take care of you and your families. We put you where you are today. So do what is right!!!!!

Our servicemen and women put their lives on the line for their country. We should honor their sacrifices for our behalf. This has nothing to do with politics. We ought to be willing to sacrifice for them and the well being of their families in return.

Give these service members the best care without cutting back on doctors' rates. Service Members deserve premium care.

Patriotism is more than just a pin you wear, do something to protect the people who protect us. Service members sacrifice more than just their bodies in defense of our country. Providing full care for those is the minimum we should be doing.

These veterans + their families have no where to turn without the adequate Medicare coverage that has existed to cover them until now!!! These veterans put their lives on the line to preserve our rights + liberties + deserve the best we can give them, which is basic health care coverage.
Yours truly, Julie Slater

We need to always care for our veterans, our brave and our wounded, this should never end. They do not need the added worry of financial worries in addition to their health issues. Do not abandon them, EVER!

The wait for certain procedures and appointments is already long enough without a budget cut. By adding this additional obstacle it will only create more of a major road block to adequate health care for retirees, active duty and their families. Please reconsider this plan and take the time to come up with something that is more patient friendly.

I think it is unfair how you're treating the Veteran's who fought for this country and their families medically.

Already elderly people in my community have no choice in doctors if they are on Medicare. There is only one who will take these patients, and then he is only here once a week. This is devastating in more ways than one since I have had husband, sons and now grandsons in Marine Corps, though they are not as badly effected, yet.

The time is limited anyway and these people who have fought for our freedom here for the rest of their lives. We should honor this to them and their families.

I first and foremost must say I do not support this war, but there is no reason not to provide healthcare to serviceman/women and their families. This is a must and should be a must for all Americans.

Medical care is absolutely essential for our Service Personnel to receive medical care at a reasonable and fair cost. If we can wage a War we can certainly take care of our veterans .
