Rick deserves a second chance

Lost his job over a simple mistake. Rick has acknowledged his mistake and taken full responsibility for his actions. However 
 instead of taking this opportunity to train Rick and show the company the value of each employee, he was fired no questions asked . With over 37years experience 23 in union and 5 at zone,Rick is an absolute asset that can not be replaced . Due to this being a first and only offense, there is absolutely no reason he cant be reinstated with training and one time forgiveness for the the mistake . Reinstating Ricks job would show the rest of team we are more then a number and a company we can stand by and  be proud to work for .
