Demand an End to Wild Horse Cruelty During Roundups!

  • by: Camden W

Wild horses and burros are injured, and even killed, in roundups. There are laws in place surrounding this issue, but they don't protect the horses very well. It states that no one may kill the horses on federal land, but it doesn't include when horses get scared and trample each other, or when a human kills a horse indirectly. We are trying to make it so that the roundups are slower and more careful, because right now, the roundups are too fast. Some of the people rounding up the horses don't really care for them, just for the money they will receive in selling them.
