Judge Lynda Rogers took a vulnerable 10 year boy from McMaster hospital, a place of safety and placed him in a foster home where he suffered horrific abuse:watched porn, exploited and sexually abused, expelled from school for 6 months for sexualized behaviour, several suicide attempts, None of this happened in his mother's care or McMaster hospital from where he was taken by CAS.
The allegation is that mom did not sign consent and asked for a second opinion. The mother took the child to the hospital where, he stayed for a month, no concern raised with the mother about her parenting. The child told a nurse that he was molested by a teacher at St Joseph elememtary Catholic school, CAS failed to investigate but stated the child was lying and the mother coerced him to lie. The mom asked Justice Rogers for the reasons for supervision, she told the mom, "I made the order because that is the order I made" The mom motioned to have her child remove to safety, Judge dismissed her motion. The mom voiced her safety concerns, pointing to the long term emotional and mental damage to her son, Judge Rogers toldthe mom that It may not make sense to her, that her child remained in the foster home, where he watches porn, but it is a part of the process. She informed Justice Rogers about needle marks and bruises over her son's body, Justice Rogers stated that her court room was not the forum for such discussion. Justice Rogers failed to protect this little boy's best interest, persuant to the CFSA. Her disregard for the various child welfare laws: The UN Convention On The Rights Of The Child and the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, Judge Lynda Rogers, the highest officer of the court, has abused her power and position influence in turn destoyed another innocent live. She brought the Canadian judicial system in disrepute. She must be removed from family court and Child Protection cases.
This will save many innocent children from being destroyed by Judge Rogers insensitivity for the best interest of Canadian children and disrespect for the law. We ask the Judicial council, the Min. Of Justice/ Attorney General and PM Justin Trudeau to remove Madam Justice Rogers from Family Court and Child Protection Cases.
