Compassionate release for terminally ill prisoners !

  • by: Tanya G
  • recipient: U.S. Congress U.S. Senator

I'm asking for compassionate release for Robert Gazdzicki a terminally ill prisoner of FMC of Butner North Carolina . With less then a year on his sentence and has stage 4 cancer .

Let Robert spend the rest of his days here with his four children and family . If theirs nothing else that can be done since his doctors told him to give up ..please allow him to come home to his family, his mother ,his children and friends so he can spend the remainder of his life with us. Compassionate release for terminally ill prisoners who have served more then half their sentence in Roberts case 90% for a non violent/drug charge should not have to die alone in prison . Please allow him and more terminally ill prisoners like him the time left to be with their children and family and give us all the closure  we will all need .

Thank you all for your support .. it hurts my heart to be the one to say my brother passed away on June 4,2017 although the compassionate release was in the works and the US Congress the Senator and the judge had been waiting for it to sigh it the FMC of Butner North Carolina lied to us and it was sitting on the desk for 6 weeks .. it could of been sent out and my brother could of had a chance to spend his last days with his daughters, sisters, brother, mother and all that loved him .
