Ontario Superior Court Justices P. E. Roger and James McNamara have engaged in profound judicial misconduct and apparent conspiracy in a self-declared personal vendetta against Raymond Carby-Samuels that has manifested in Crimes Against Humanity. As a result of judicial misconduct that has derailed the due process of law which has included the subversion of the Ontario Rules of Civil Procedure, Raymond Carby-Samuels has been prevented from facilitating vital medical and other care giving assistance to Dezrin Carby-Samuels. As a result, Dezrin can no longer being able to walk, write or talk. We, the undersigned, in solidarity, seek justice for Dezrin Carby-Samuels and demand that Ontario Superior Court Justices P. E. Roger and James McNamara resign; and also demand that the Court affirm the decision of Justice Patrick Smith on 11 February 2016 that sought to enable Raymond's access to his Mom that Justices P. E. Roger and James McNamara sought to subvert as a product of apparent illicit relations with the John Summers, Counsel a Defendant who has been abusing Dezrin.
This abuse has including striking Dezrin who is now phyically disabled; subjecting her to profound psychological abuse; denying visitation action by her son and others; denying her access to needed speech therapy which resulted in her losing the ability to speak; and preventing her access to food / proper nutrition which her son had been responsibly providing before Ontario Superior Court Justices P. E. Roger and James McNamara has frustrated access to for more than one year.
