help get this law pass, for Taffy's Fund go online to Pup'parel and go to search and put down Taffy's Fund. The way they can get money to help this fund out in the United States is every time some one goes to jail for anything they would have to pay $300 dollars to the fund to help handicap people get the supplies they need!
