Reinstate District Attorney General William E. Gibson

As citizens and voters of the 13th Judicial District we have a voice in the matter of who will serve as our District Attorney.

1. We the undersigned voters and citizens of the 13th Judicial District specifically do not want District Attorney William E. Gibson removed from the office we elected him to, and replaced with a politically appointed lawyer. We specifically petition our state representatives and state senators to take all necessary actions to make sure that William E. Gibson is not removed from office through any legislative action.

2. We also petition the disciplinary board to move with speed and fairness, giving due consideration to the good things this man has accomplished over many years of unblemished public service. We ask that you consider our continuing faith in William E. Gibson's integrity and ability in reaching an appropriate sanction that returns him to full service as our District Attorney General as soon as possible.
