Tell Baltimore Mayor and Council Members To Adopt Zero Tolerance Policy on Animal Abuse and Cruelty

Yesterday in Baltimore City, a less than 8 week old puppy was viciously beaten to death with a stick by 10 year olds on a golf course. Due to the alarming increase of violence and torture against animals in Baltimore City by mostly children, the citizens of Baltimore, Other Counties of Maryland and elsewhere are beyond outraged and request justice for the senseless and cruel death of this precious animal. We ask the Mayor of Baltimore City  (Stephanie Rawlings- Blake) and City Council Members to genuinely enforce and endorse a city wide zero tolerance policy for animal cruelty and abuse campaign. Tell the Mayor and Council Members that this needs to be put into effect immediately.  Enough is enough!We need to speak for those who cannot. Unless we show how much we care no one will listen.
