Prevent our friend from being deported from Sweden to Mongolia

Our friend Jargalsaikhan Itgelt has received notice from the Swedish migration department that he has to leave the country as his residence permit has expired. We do not think that it is fair that our class mate and friend has to leave the country that he has lived in for the last six years. His parents work and pay taxes just like any other Swedish citizen except that they are not Swedish.

His parents have applied for residence permits for themselves, Jargalsaikhan and his little brother, but their application has been declined. They have tried to overrule this decision and have taken it to court where it has already been denied once. If it is denied three times they have no choice but to move back to a Mongolia that is now foreign to them after all the years of assimilating to Swedish culture.

Our goal is to overrule this senseless rejection of Jargalsaikhan's and his family's application for a residence permit for them. We do not understand why a family of four that have all been functioning members of society should be forced to leave the country. Help make sure he and his family are granted residence permits by signing this petition!
