Tell Senator Toomey to Stop Supporting Dirty Polluters

On February 2nd Senator Pat Toomey voted against Senator Schatz's amendment 3176 to the Energy Policy Modernization Act of 2015 and put polluter profits over the health of Pennsylvania.

Senator Schatz's amendment would have phased out fossil fuel subsidies for coal and some of the largest producers of oil and gas over a four-year period and would save taxpayers billions of dollars in handouts for a mature and highly-polluting industry.

Voting against that is unacceptable. Sign the petition and tell Senator Toomey to stand up for the American people, not dirty polluters by supporting efforts to eliminate unnecessary tax subsidies and to promote clean, renewable energy.
