Conservation Order Concerns

to allow the use of an electonic call to aid in the taking of snow, blue, and Ross geese during the special conservation order season.
I hope that this petition will be able to persuade the state to fully accept the conservation order allowed by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Commision. For clairity there are only two issues. Issue One. Tennessee has the shortest special season for snow, blue, and Ross geese on the Mississippi flyway. Issue Two. It is not legal to use an electronic call during this special season. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife guidelines allow for the use of electonic calls and I believe that the state should allow it as well.
