Woman are using false Domestic Violence accusations and Restraining Orders as weapons against Fathers.

A restraining order was obtained based on Perjury, Conspiracy, and misuse of a stolen porn picture from the internet contrary to every prevailing legal precedent in the USA. The Judge would not even examine the evidence and sealed it to prevent the news media from getting a hold of details of the case. Here in New Mexico the abuses are great against men. What is equally bad, however, is the bias in favor of Police Officers who are being accused of domestic violence. In one particular case, that of officer Orlando Camacho, a former girlfriend testified that he officer had slammed her head against a vehicle's steering wheel and threatened to Taze her if she did not keep quiet. She also testified that he was a very violent person. The Court found that the poor woman lacked credibility and took the side of Orlando Camacho. Officer Camacho went on to MURDER his unarmed, much older stepfather in the stepfather's own home. A cowardly Albuquerque jury failed to convict him. That is very typical in the case of Albuquerque Police officers. They are often terrified of finding one guilty for fear of reprisals, plus the District Attorney, Kari A. Brandenburg has a habit of waiting SEVERAL YEARS before bringing these cases to trial, thereby weakening their prosecution. | |

My girl told the DA that she started hitting me while i had our child in my hands. They told her and my mother inlaw that they were going to throw the book at me anyways. She had no marks and yet I was the one in the hospital for 2 days from the police. Now I Have a DV charge and me and my girl are trying to get it droped. The abuse needs to stop on both ends. I dont understand how some of these people still have thier jobs. Child Protective Services got involved and it took them 5 tries to force her to sign the restraining order. the 5th time they told her if she did not sign they were going to take our children away. Dont you think if she wanted to she would have signed it the first time. What they did was a form of entrapment. They like to flex more muscle then what they have. When I asked if he went to court to fight it he said no that his lawyer did. Even though there was no evidance of abuse. She assused him of abusing his daughter,(then is was daughter's and her) She changes her story all the time. I saw the court order where the judge stated that he was to be notified of a date and time to pick-up his things. He would get a letter from her attorney and when he showed up at the date and time indicated, the police were right behind him. Four times she did this. The DA's office finally called him and said there was a warrent for his arrest. So he went in to try and explain, but, he wound up with 20 days in jail for somthing he didn't do wrong. Now the restraining order has expired and she had no grounds to renew it. She didn't even try. My husband retained a new attorney and she is going to try and get that off his record, because it should never have happened. His ex is a very hostil, vindictive and very unhappy peron. Now seven years later his older dautghter dosn't visit or call. His younger daughter wants to live with us. I guess my point is that our family law system needs a complete overhaul. You can't tell me that these judges don't know when a woman is using the restraing orders and false alligation of abuse as a tool in divorce and child support. My husband has been dealing with this for seven years (we have only been together four)and the only ones that are truely hurt are the children. These type of cases should be looked quickly, completely. My husband filed a OSC for custody of his younger daughter because she has indicated several times that she wants to live with us. It was filed the 1st of Sept. and the first court date is Oct 22nd. They have to go to mediation (which never works)These family court judge need to really crack down on parents that use the court system to hurt the other. And, you can't tell me they don't know who they are. One judge had to order his ex to trade weekends when we got married, she wasn't impressed with having to do that, but, it should have been an opportunity to tell her to stop her antics and comprimise and stop wasting the courts time with such nosence. | |

She filed a restraining order against him & then called us constantly all hours of the day/night trying to get him to talk to her so she could report him for violating the order. Why was it ok for her to call us but not ok for him to say anything back to her? No one would make her leave us alone. She broke into personal accounts (bank, phone, emails) & everything. She purchased a track phone & registered it in my husbands name. She would call herself & then report to the police that my husband called to threaten her life. They believed her at first. He even spent 3 weeks in jail. She was finally caught thanks to us videotaping her calling us 1 night from that track phone. The police then requested the cellphone tower pings & traced the calls to the state she was living in. The worst part was technically my husband broke the law because he spoke to her on the phone (so we could get her recorded) when the law says he is supposed to hang up. How can she sign a restraining order on him & then call him whenever she wants w/o getting into any trouble but if he talks back than he's in violation? In our case the law didn't protect a woman from being abused, it just gave her a license to abuse us. What has this world come to? Needless to say after 2 years we had to finally sign over his daughter in March because we ran out of money & she had charges against him in 4 states. Now, 5 months later, all the charges against him are dropped & we find satisfaction in knowing that she's facing 12 felony indictments for falsifying physical evidence in 1 state & charges in 2 or 3 other states so eventually she will be in prison. The person who really loses in the end is his beautiful innocent daughter. Thanks to our lovely justice system. |

Most of the judges are so hurried that they never read what is really going on but this one judge did, thank God! The evaluator at city of Orange family, Kathy Walters was very biased and did not include what I had told her or even what my son's ex girlfriend's own father had written about her. What she did include was a lot of lies from her cousin and friend and a bitter kindergarten teacher. Now his ex girlfriend is taking drugs, her boyfriend has molested his six year old daughter but she gets her drugs from him because she doesn't work, and we are praying that his ex gets only supervised visits. She was found guilty of leaving the kids alone but now she lives in Hollywood and is trying to discredit my son with another restraining order because the orange county judge threw her first TRO out. She's so high that she can barely answer questions and she sat in the back of the court room laughing with her cousin and this is not a twenty something but a thirty something woman. I do believe that the system is being abused by women like my son's ex and this gives all the women who truly need restraining orders a very bad name. There are men who do hurt women and even children that definitely deserve to be stopped in any way but there are many men who are good men who are being bunched up with the guilty ones and the biggest losers of this kind of abuse are the children who will not be able to see their fathers. Judges such as Judge Posey are few and far between who question and listen carefully and can recognize a liar when they hear one but I also sat in those court rooms when judges seem to treat all the cases as if they were all the same without taking time to know what was really going on and there is even court clerks who will side with women and try to push their own biases and evaluators who can be sued for their biasness. The only advice I can give those who are wrongly accused is keep trying until you find a judge who will listen and then keep it as simple and honest as you can without the hating or hurt feelings part but keep your focus on what you want and why and more than anything else PRAY AND ASK EVERYONE YOU KNOW TO PRAY AS WELL! | |

It was so unfair. She hit me first and I warned her not to hit me and she hit me again when I hit back she started going crazy banging her head against the wall and then left the house . went to a neighbor and told the neighbor that I beat her preety badly. nothing happened that night but 3 months after we got into an argument and i left for office . when i came back she was gone and week later I get notice of hearing. She had no proof just what she told the neighbors, where as i had pictures of me with a bruise when she threw stuff at me, pictures of things she threw and broke(including a tv). I had a voice recording of one of our arguments which clearly showed that she was he verbally abusive one. but court did not considered any of those as the pictures did not have timestamps on them, the voice recording did not have her consent to the recording. but they did considered what she told the court without any proof and issued a 3 year restraining order against me. |

On january 1st 2009 he brutally beat me the police come to my rescue and that was the only reason he stopped. They took him to jail. I used this as an opportunity to cease contact with him. Which was very hard because i loved him alot. Little did i know that his mother wanted revenge on me for sending her son to jail. So she filed a restraining order on me. Making up outragous claims the sherrifs served me the order at 530 in the morning my bruises were not even healed yet from his abuse. I then hadd to go to court to defend myself which of course i lost even though she had absolutly no evidence to back up her false alligations. So i recieved a 6 month restraining order and the government took away my gun which cost me over 1000 dollars. I never thretened her or her son she actually attacked me once while her son was hitting me. They are out of my life now but it was very tramatic for me . What ever happened to innocent untilPROVEN guilty in a court of law. Why was i not allowed a trial by jury?????? | |
| 1,209 | 2:32 am PDT, Jul 7 | Mr. | michael jerome biel | orange | California | because i lost my 9 year old son and 12 year old setp child for 5 years because my ex-wife and other women from the shelter made up lie after lie. now i have to pay to see my son at f.a.c.e. im even paying child support on my step child and i dont even get to see her. this is all wrong.all they said i did was (jumped a gate at my mother in laws and bang on a window] to see my son thats it. why does my son have to suffer.IM BROKE AFTER ALL THE fee fines SCHOOLl x3 visition to see my son attorney fee child support and alamoney how am i going to pay my rent or feed myself? why do i want my son?if i dont have money to feed him?so he can see me live on the streets.this is not fair.why do men get screwed and are kids have to pay for our ex-wife lie.my wife never work in 12 years and she gets the kids? she has no job why does she get them/ ive seen my son for 15 hours in the last 115 days.now who paying for it> my son is!!! and i should not BE mad.ya ok.no we Know why we have so many kid in foster homes and so many dead beet dads. i will not give up this fight.my son needs his father in his life.you should just send me to jail.so i could see my son more.now i have to tell my son that i cant see him because the courts took all my money so i cant pay for my visition or my schools x3. but remeber im not suppossed to get mad.when do i get mad when im homeless or when im dead or when my sons is 18 years wondering why i never came to see him for the last 5 years?what do i tell him?that are court suck and tell him dont ever get married.because califorina court are biest.and will drag you back to court untill your broke then send you to jail for not paying for somthing that you never did in the first place.THAT WHAT IM GOING TO TELL HIM IF THE COURT DONT FIX THE LAWS.THE JUDGE THAT TOOK MY SON MUST OF WENT TO BRAIL SCHOOL TO BECOME A JUDGE BECAUSE HE DIDNT SEE ALL THE LIES OR EVADENCE THAT I BROUGHT TO COURT. IM TAKEING 156 CLASSES AND SHE ONLY GETS 10 NEXT TIME YOU WANT TO SCREW ME USE SOME LUB SO I CAN ENJOY IT .SORRY SON I CANT BE YOUR FATHER.THE COURT MUST BE FIX OR YOU WONT HAVE ANY BROTHERS OR SISTER.SORRY DAD YOU WONT HAVE ANY GRANDCHILDREN BECAUSE I DONT WANT THE COURTS TO TAKE ALL MY MONEY. GOOD JOB SON YOU WILL NEED YOUR MONEY FOR WHEN YOU GET OLD BECAUSE WE ALL KNOW THAT SSI WILL NOT BE AROUND WHEN YOU GET OLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

My boyfriends ex-girlfriend just will not leave us alone and she constantly stalks us and harasses us. She has ruined our lives and it is gotten to the point where we have to decided to move away because this girl and her entire family just will stop at nothing to see us in jail and unhappy. She constantly lies to the police and falsely accuses us of bothering her when in reality it is her bothering us. She has tried prosecuting my boyfriend in two different counties but failed to in all of them because she was lying and had no proof of anything that she was accusing him of. She also got caught lying in Jefferson county and was then confronted by the police about it and she then did not want to cooperate with the police because she knew she was lying. All the cases were dismissed but I don't understand why she was not arrested its ridiculous how they don't investigate her to see if she is lying. She has now started it all over again but in Denver county now and I am sick of it I am in fear of my life because she is crazy I am scared for my life but the police don't ever do anything when I call the police on her. They always say they cannot do anything about it. She needs to be punished and thrown in jail for all the lies and obstruction of justice and all the trouble she has caused in our lives. The justice system here in Colorado is a joke they need to do their job and look at both sides of the story not just hers. If anyone out there can give me more information on what i can do and how to make this public please let me know. |

And once recieved one in Arizona w/o my knowledge or presence, for 1 year, which goes on my "Record" then recorded it in OC, CA. So it was also in affect there. And all over money, imagine that. So be careful to check surrounding States as well! They make it way too easy to just lie and obtain an RO under false pretense. He then severved me with paperwork stating that if I signed off my interest on this multi-million dollar piece of property in Arizona, the SUNDANCE SALOON, he would drop the retraining order. Yeah he was real afraid of me, I'm 5'1" 102, He's 6'1" 178, and they still gave him the RO on me. BOO!(*~*) P.S. Yes, that was a BIG MISTAKE (The sign off letter) It is now in the Courts!How do you like me now? SMB | |

Made false accusations, againist me, slander, defamation of character etc. Becasue she is frineds with the city procuster of Redondo beach, and has money. she is doing this because she does not want her son to go to jail for hitting or possible killling me. so she falsed the papers, which is a crime alone, but the judges, do oot see that as fraud. this law needs to be changed, and it will be. You need to vave document proof such as police reports, hospital reports etc |
ORANGE COUNTY, CA. - STOP RESTRAINING ORDER ABUSE AND PROSECUTE FALSE DOMESTIC VIOLENCE ACCUSATIONS!
Imagine this.... My wife and I separate and file for Divorce. I tell her and the court that I want JOINT PHYSICAL CUSTODY of our children. I know that because of my work, I would not be able to physically have the children 50% of the time but this would allow me some flexibility in seeing the kids. My wife is angry and bitter about the impending divorce so she finds a weapon to use against me. It is called the Family Court System. She tells them that I am a threat to her and/or our children. Then without any evidence or testimony from anyone, she is granted a Restraining Order against me. I am not only NOT allowed to see my own children, I am also ordered to attend weekly Domestic Violence classes for 1 year at a cost of $40 per class. I ask Judge Nancy Pollard of Orange County Family Court, on what grounds is she taking away my rights as a Father and branding me as a violent person. She said that all the evidence she needs to make her decision is to believe that my wife is actually in fear of me in some way. I told her that that was ridiculous. I said that I would become a criminal just for trying to see my own kids. She told me to shut up or be charged with contempt.
During my 15 years of marriage, there was NEVER any incident of Domestic Violence. I was (and still am) a caring loving Father
who was voted Father of the Year by my Daughters Girl Scout Troop. My kids went to Catholic School and played sports. I was
very much involved in their lives even though I work an average of 60 hours per week.
Even though I was so graciously granted a MONITORED 2 hour visit every other Saturday by Judge Pollard, I was still ordered
to pay a large amount of Child Support. Even with the meager visitation rights I was given, my wife still "missed" several of the
visits until I had to go to the local Police and file a report.
I have no problem paying Child Support. I have a problem with a court system that plays into a bitter woman's hands and allows her to continue to use our children as weapons against their own father. In my opinion, this is tantamount to Child Abuse.
Now we are talking about Parental Alienation Syndrome. She is not only keeping my children from me but she is turning them
against me in every way. She will not be happy until they feel the same way about me as she does. This should be a crime!
I know from talking to people and reading and reading a lot that I am not alone here. There are many of you Fathers that are going through similar situations. I feel for you. Something must be done to stop the abuse of the Family Court Systems and give Fathers equal custody and visitation rights!
