Petition

We, the persons who have electronically signed this Petition, do hereby, by our signature, support, encourage, endorse, and substantiate the immediate need for the following actions :

1. That the current District Attorney of Butte County, Michael Ramsey, be immediately and permanently removed from that office, and all other positions of authority in any Government, or Private Industry occupation, employment, or endeavor.
2. That any and all officers, investigators, and agents, of the Butte County District Attorney’s office, who have been, or are involved in, case #J-31659, and all other cases associated with this case, be immediately and permanently removed from any positions of authority in any Government, or Private Industry occupation, employment, or endeavor.
3. That any and all Officers, Deputies, Investigators, Agents, or other Officials, of the Butte County Sheriff’s Department, who have been, or are involved in, case #J-31659, and all other cases associated with this case, be immediately and permanently removed from and positions of authority in any Government, or Private Industry occupation, employment, or endeavor.
4. That any and all investigators, Social Workers, counselors, or other authorities and officials, of Butte County Department of Children’s Services (CPS), who have been, who have been, or are involved in, case #J-31659, and all other cases associated with this case, be immediately and permanently removed from and positions of authority in any Government, or Private Industry occupation, employment, or endeavor. Additionally, that every case these individuals have ever been involved in be immediately reviewed, and reassessed, by an independent State or Federal agency.
5. That the persons, including all officials, adults, and minors, who are responsible for the conspiracy, fabrication, and falsification of this fraudulent case, who are named in the declaration filed in Butte County Superior Court on March 9^th, 2005, be immediately arrested, detained, and incarcerated in a facility delegated for their implication and responsibility in this fraud.
6. That the Social Worker, and Deputies, who illegally and unlawfully entered the residence located at 1970 Helman Street, Oroville California, on December 17^th, 2004, be immediately charged with violations of the 1^st, 4^th, and 14^th Amendments of the Constitution, and the other criminal acts committed, be arrested upon those charges, and detained in an acceptable facility.
7. That the Butte County District Attorney Investigators, Code Enforcement Officials, and Animal Control Officials, who obtained an invalid warrant through perjury and falsification, and conspired amongst their agents and agencies, be immediately charged with those crimes, arrested, and detained in the proper facility.
8. That the term “Proper Facility” be defined as a State or Federal Detainment Facility, as in Jail or Prison, or in certain delegated instances, to include Inpatient Mental Health Facilities, as determined and diagnosed by persons qualified to make that determination.
9. That the Foster Parents, or other non-family persons who have been known to house, hide, conceal, or care for the minors involved in case #J-31659, be immediately charged, arrested, and detained for the documented abuses concerning minors under their control.
10. That all persons who are documented as to having planned, contrived, conspired, fabricated, falsified, or been personally involved and implicated in the creation, or continuance of case #J-31659, and all associated cases, investigations, or actions, be immediately charged, arrested, and detained.
11. That all perpetrators involved in case #J-31659, and it’s associated cases, investigations, and actions, be charged, according to their positions of authority, or as private individuals accordingly, with Prejudice, Prejudice Under Color of Authority, Conspiracy, Conspiracy Under Color of Authority, Obstruction of Justice, Fraud, and all other documented charges according to the crimes committed.
12. That all persons in positions of authority, including, but not limited to, Deputies, Officers, Investigators, Agents, Social Workers, Foster Parents, Care Providers, and all other persons with a position of authority, have the added enhancement/charge of Under Color of Authority (Title 17, Section 242, United States Code), added to their commission of offenses and crimes. Additionally, as per definition and code, that all persons in positions of authority involved in this case, who have corrupted, opposed, failed to observe, or tried to modify, the laws and statutes of the Constitution of the United States, Declaration of Independence, Bill of Rights, or any other foundation or document pertaining to the foundation of the United States of America, as we are in time of armed conflict on foreign soil (War), as declared and defined by the President of the United States, also be charged, according to Federal law and statute, with the crimes of Sedition, and Treason against the United States, and United States Government.
13. That the enforcement and completion of the items demanded by the persons who have electronically signed this petition, and the resulting actions, including the removal from positions of authority of those involved, and the charges, arrests, and independent investigations of the matters involved, be used as a design, blueprint, and example, in other Counties and locations, for the correction, rectification, and restructurization, of the offices of Children’s Services (CPS), and all agencies which support that agencies actions, including, but not limited to, District Attorneys, Law Enforcement Personnel, Foster Parents, and all other County, or State agencies involved.

WE THE PEOPLE, who have electronically signed this Petition, do hereby demand of the Federal Government, that it comply, enforce, and complete those things as detailed in this Petition, under the Laws and Statutes of the United States of America, and common decency and humanity, as per our right as citizens of the Nations we represent.
