It will be my hopes that this will set an example for those who intentively ignore their responsibilities and attempt to hide their wrongful doings. And force others to clean up and fix up the mess! This will come before the Courts. When it comes to our Kids of Canada and the World - begging for help because they witness abuse and neglect and they are told otherwise. It is time instead of being able to duct out and use rescues to hide behind. That those actually be held accountable. It is sad that a Company in this area can get away with this more than once, just because they offered Government Programs. These are less than honest persons operatoring this. By the way it is YOUR $ that their funding comes from. They are to provide Quality Care for our Children with barriers as promised. Dear Honourable Judge of the Province of Alberta,
We the people wish to have the matter heard of the Defendant: Elk Island Youth Ranch of Lamont, Alberta VS the Applicant of Digger's Place Owner Lynn Danyluk of Smoky Lake, Alberta.
Based on such information and evidence being heard that the following will be addressed and ORDERED in the way of a Court Order which involves and allows the following:
1. THAT the Elk Island Youth Ranch owners will be accountable for the expenses of costs rendered to rehabilate the Mare with Foal. (such as Child Support)
2.THAT The Horse (s) will remain in the care of Digger's Place and the control of Lynn Danyluk until it is possible to find or replace the horses in good health and state of mind to another owner who will have to be approved by Lynn Danyluk.
3. THAT all decisions regarding the Mare with Foal will be at the strict discretion of Lynn Danyluk
4. THAT Lynn Danyluk will provide INVOICES of Actions taken and receipts to the Elk Island Youth Ranch to keep them informed of the on going care.
5. THAT the Elk Island Ranch will be responsible for Housing, Feed, Vet, Farrier medical treatments and emergency care. Tack and equipment that is necessary to ensure a horse's safety and care.
6. THAT Elk Island Youth Ranch will not be able to house or own horse (s) without a 3rd party program in place that will supervise the program in the safest and healthiest way possible for all involved.
7. THAT the Elk Island Youth Ranch can not own other livestock and animals with out a plan in ORDER and will have to request permission from the Courts
WITHTHAT provide a report of permission from Alberta SPCA. Must past an inspection for housing and program.
8.THAT the Courts may add any other restrictions as deemed necessary.
