Anti-Chaining Legislation in MD

The introduction of Anti-chaining legislation in Maryland to help protect out-of-door and chained dogs.
Please support the proposed anti-chaining legislation SB696 and HB673.  This important legislation provides definition of collar and the types that are appropriate for use; length and type of tether that is permitted and the restriction of hours that dogs may be chained outside.
