New coverage showed an elderly gentleman who was fined $100 by Transport WA for handing out Organ Donor Applications at the Convention Centre station, they have also told him his bike is too large to travel on a train, WE DON NOT WANT THE PEOPLE THAT MADE THIS DECISION ANYWHERE NEAR POSITIONS OF AUTHORITY
