This Objection is for ALL Bourbonnais Township United Party Candidates seeking Nominations for the Township Elected Offices. Candidates who filed nominating petitions during December 12-19, 2016.

All Petitions for Nominations (To Form a New Party) of Bourbonnais Township United Party Candidates did NOT followed proper rules as described on (10 ILCS 5/10-4) (from Ch. 46, par. 10-4) Sec. 10-4. and (10 ILCS 5/10-5) (from Ch. 46, par. 10-5) Sec. 10-5.

Therefore, no signature shall be valid or be counted in considering the validity or sufficiency of such petition unless the requirements of the Illinois Election Code Rules of sections cited above have been adopted. Consequently, All candidates representing the Bourbonnais Township United Party should not be placed on the ballot for the April 4th, 2017 Consolidated Election
