Voice Supreme Court Discontent

Whereas the Supreme Court of the US has consistently ignored its duty for judicial restraint and Whereas the recent decisions from the Supreme Court have been in direct contrast to the will of the majority of Americans We, the signers of this petition implore the Congress of the United States to advise and consent without objection to President Bushs' nominees and thus restore the court to a conservative base.

SENATORS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

It is our duty as Americans to voice our discomfort and disagreement with those who are the legislative power in our country.  It is with great sadness and irritation that we have endured the drastic manipulation of our system of government by activist judges throughout our judicial branch.  The latest of these erroneous acts has been perpetrated by the highest court in the land, our Supreme Court.

To what amounts to larceny, our Supreme Court has stolen autonomy away from our States by re-defining the law of life, of eminent domain, and now the attack on the 10 commandments.  These newest rulings have simply added to the confusing and conflicting rulings which has brought dishonor to the court.  It is your duty and obligation as Senators and Members of the House of Representatives to be our voice in this fight.

We the signers of this petition implore and demand that you vote to confirm the nominees presented by our President, George W. Bush, as these nominees in his best and trusted judgment will solidify and restrain the activism which has been so prevalent from this court and lower courts.

This is our demand.  In the light of day your votes cast will be a trigger on which our vote will be cast in your next election.  We, as signers pledge to make our unhappiness known to you in the future not by written notice or verbal reply but by voting nea to you in your next election.
