Help Save Horses!

Let's face it: Horse slaughter is wrong! It's not the fact that the horses are killed, it's the way they are killed. They are packed on a several day trip to the slaughter house in too-small trailiers with little (if any) food. They often freeze to death or get severe frostbite along the way. If a horse falls, it is trampled to death. If it doesn't die it has several days of EXTREME pain ahead of it. Once they reach the slaughterhouse, the horses are hit with a captive bolt gun to make them go unconcious. Once that has been accomplished they are hung by a hind foot and bled to death. Sometimes a poor horse stays cinscious through the whole procedure.

I've saved the worst part for last;
They don't only slaughter old and sick horses. They also kill ordinary, friendly hores that have done no wrong. That only sick and dying horses are killed is a myth.
