The companies just wnat to save money evevn the DOUBLE BASIN tankers exist. This would be a big help for tha nature and animals. When the first basin takes bottom contact...NOTHING HAPPENS... because there is another layer of basin. The captain has time to react and the waters, shores and animals are safe.
