Excessive force was used by SAPD during this incident , civilian was gunned down inside the house while his other siblings were inside their ages were 2,3 yrs. old Officer Jimmy Willingham gunned civilian (Danny R. Simms) down in the house and ran out the house without apprehending the civilian, after they discovered him hiding in a neighbors shed they continuesly Assaulted him wich casued him sever pain to the gun shot wound from Officer Willingham , and a cracked tooth. He's been incarcerated since 2001 for this inaccurate charge attempted murder on SAPD

I'm attempting to convey that the SAPD Officer that shot my nephew failed to follow adminstrative duty during this incident he gunned my nephew down with two younger children were indside the house not only that he failed to apprehend suspect after gunning him officer fled from inside the house .
