Ask FOX5/MyFoxNY.com to address canine body language after the incident with Titus and the puppies.

  • by: Ann King - CPDT
  • recipient: To teach the general public about potentially dangerous canine body language

Fox5/MyFoxNY.com recently aired a segment with a big dog and two smaller dogs for adoption. Throughout the whole segment it was very clear that the bigger dog was intensely focused on the two small dogs and NOT in a good way. At the end of the segment the bigger dog moved towards the smaller dogs threateningly and fortunately their handler moved quickly to get them out of harms way. A segment discussing canine body language and what is appropriate and what is threatening could clearly help the general public at dogs parks, outdoor gatherings and street fairs and even in their own neighborhood and households.
