As Citizens Of New York State, We Are Always In Dept! Now They Want To Charge You, Yes You $100 When You Cross A Street While Talking, Texting Or Listening To Ipods. Not Only Is NY Gaining Income From This Law But Also We Are Losing Another Human Right. The Government Is Always Asking Why Citizens Are Leaving NY, Well Theres One Reason Right There. Our Rights Are Being Violated, And Guess What We Are Letting Them. We Let Them Put Higher Taxes On Cigarettes, Charge Us Extra Money For Waste Bags We Already Purchase At The Store As Well As Pay For Garbage Pick Up, School, State, County Taxes, House, Property Insurance, Morgage, Car Insurance, Plates, Licenses, Ids, Gas! All This Money Coming Out Of Our Pockets, We Cant Live A Healthy Lifestyle Because We Are Deductiong so Much From Our Income. Not To Mention That We Gross More Than What We Actually See!! Theres No Give or Take Here. Why Is NY So Broke?? Why Is Any State Broke?? Where Is This Money For All These Things That I Have Listed as Well As Petty Laws Going?? Who Is Handling Our Finances NY??
