Meet the needs of the cycling community in Boulder and support the development of a cyclocross racing and training course in a city park
We, the undersigned of Boulder, CO support the development of a cyclocross racing and training course on a city park property.
In 1995, the cyclists were deemed a "user group with unmet needs". Ten years later these needs have still not been met. The Parks Department supports a breadth of activities and sports, although has previously ignored cycling. With so many cyclists in the community, there should be a conscious effort to promote this healthy activity and lifestyle by the City of Boulder.
