we ask for CPS reform
We are asking that CPS be required to provide "reasonable efforts" to keep families together, unless there is a real and immediate risk that the child be seriously injured or sexually abused.
We are asking for public oversight over CPS caseworkers and CPS proceedings.
We are asking that CPS caseworkers not be protected by immunity for any lies told in court or entered into case files.
We are asking that the accused be allowed to know the all of evidence against them and to be allowed to face their accusers.
We are asking that purposefully false accusations be made criminal.
We are asking that US citizens be protected against unreasonable search and seizure of persons (children) or property without a warrant.
We are asking that the accused be innocent until proven guilty, not guilty until proven innocent. Currently, it is difficult, if not impossible, to become innocent in the eyes of CPS after they assume your guilt.
