Add Your Voice: Protect California's Access to Quality Health Care

As demand for care in California grows, we must fight to ensure our kids, the elderly, and those most in need have access to the care they deserve.

In 20 years, California won’t look the same as it does today.

Over the next two decades, our state will grow by more than 5 million residents. Californians will live longer, and require more health care services.

As the state continues to insure more residents under the Affordable Care Act, we need to be prepared to care for close to 1 million new patients.

So how do we meet this demand? By acting now.

We must ensure that across the state we have the resources necessary to provide the quality care our loved ones deserve. That means training one million new health care professionals to meet demand, and continuing to invest in technology that will be a foundation of quality care for the next generation.

Safeguarding the health of our kids, families, and communities is a shared responsibility. It is up to each one of us to demand that our lawmakers protect our lifeline to quality care.
