because Some thugs Drugged me and raped me in my own home and then hid behind there federal badges when i called the Police to get them arrested and because federal superseeds state the Police had no authority to arrest them and the dept. of veterans affairs locked me up 5 times for just asking for a rape kit and had there doctors lie and call my studder a mental illness because they were protecting the guys that raped me. even though i had to get surgury for my rectum being torn open from being raped so many times. the medical term is an anal fistula. they knew i was raped but didnot care about me at all even though I am an honorably discharged disabled veteran of the U.S.Navy with a bravo zulu award for behavior above the call of duty. a letter of Accomondation from the fleet admiral . none of this mattered to them it did not even matter i was shitting blood from my rectum when they locked me up in the pscic. ward. they ignored all of this and kept on calling it a delusion. delusions don't make you shit blood and they don't cause you to have surgury to correct the damage. because if it was my imagination i would not have physical damage and be shitting blood and another mans seamen out of my rear when i go to the bathroom or coughing up seamen out of my chest. one of the only ways to get an anal fistula is anal rape. which means either the rapist work for them or they are incompatent and stupid.
