WHY ARE WE ABOUT TO CONDEMN AN INNOCENT? Dzhokhar Tsarnaev is Innocent - His Defense is Missing Conc

Defense is NOT asking questions - all of the victims are there to convince Dzhokhar that pleading innocent is hopeless -- guilty verdict will come tomorrow or day after.  They are in a race to close the case before the real evidence of of Tsarnaev's innocence can be produced.

Dzhokhar Tsaranev could not have placed the black nylon backpack containing a weapon of mass destruction referred to as the Second Bomb at the Boston Marathon on April 15, 2013 because all photo evidence establishes that Dzhokhar Tsarnaev only had with him a backpack that was bright white.

While his Defense Team prepares to litigate hard against the death penalty, in view of the the glaring discrepency in the prosecution's most crucial evidence, perhaps seeking a verdict of 'Not guilty' is more appropriate.

Perhaps it would be in his and their best interests to request that the Lord & Taylor security camera recording be shown to the jury to discredit the grounds on which the identification of Suspect Two was made.

How could Dzhokhar place a bomb in a black backpack if all he had with him was a white backpack?

If you are thinking of saying or doing something -- do it fast.  Unless stopped by the facts, this frame-up trial will reach its verdict Monday or Tuesday!
