We Petition the SEC to investigate the advertisement, sale, and/or recruitment of individuals in the sale of long-term energy futures contracts to determine that such contracts are in full compliance with futures trading regulations, and that individuals involved in the selling of such are properly licensed to offer futures for sale, and that potential buyers of such are duly informed about the potential risks as the law requires.
