We the People Demand that the Property at 711 New Hampshire Street in Covington, Louisiana be Cleane

The Property at 711 South New Hampshire st. is below City Standards, the bathroom plumbing leaks on the stoves downstairs in some of the units and most units aren't finished but yet they are rented out. There are NO rails on the porch, there are NO HANDICAP ENTRANCES. The Drug use is horrible several children have Overdosed in past few years. The People of Covington should not have to put up with this Deplorable Property that is located only two blocks from St. Pauls High School.
