Please Support My Efforts in SEEKING RESTITUTION FROM METAL POISONING!!

After becoming the victim of "Metal" poisoning from a $68,000 dental restoration gone bad, I sought legal action only to find, I am without legal recourse because the state of Rhode Islands "statues of limitations" (3 years) denies you the ability to present your case no matter your situation!
These laws were not designed with the patients best interest in mind and if your unlucky enough to find yourself in my situation, not able to "piece the puzzle" together in the "allotted" time frame, your left to the mercy of those who put you there in the first place!
Incidents involving metal poisoning from knee/hip replacements & dental work is on the rise all over the country and the "Ginny Pig" attitude, needs to be addressed!! Medical Professionals should be held accountable to provide the appropriate steps to ensure a positive result!
Pretesting, careful evaluation & monitoring should be the focus of "all" specialty & dental practices with regards to the use of metals, not just those with integrity!!
In the event a legitimate issue arises (as in my case) the Dentist/Doctor and/or Prosthodontist involved in your case, is responsible for assessing the situation & making the appropriate diagnosis! Dentists/Doctors who do not, take an active role in your care, should not be provided a legal "loop hole" to ignore their moral obligations to their patients, especially when you can prove their wrong doing!!
Patients should not have to endure the pain & suffering of receiving substandard work nor should they be expected to face taking on the financial woes of fixing it in the event there's a problem!
Please help me in my fight to seek restitution for a bad restoration and in the process help create more "awareness" to the "use & safety" of metal implants for knee/hip replacements and in dental restorations & devices!

You never expect after you remortgage your home (for 68,000) putting your trust & faith into a prominent prosthodontist & dental lab that you'd be filing a petition against them!
Unfortunately, when you spend that kind of money and find out 9 years later you were deceived because the restoration was done improperly, causing your health to decline while unable to seek "legal" action? It's time to "ask the masses" for support!!
I had a life, and I unknowingly paid for it to be taken away!
In only a few short years after having this restoration done, I went from being a fun engaging person, developing my passion (as a Singer/Song Writer/ Radio Host & animal activist) to literally becoming, incapacitated!!
After 9 years of unimaginable suffering, countless visits to specialists year, after year, trying to find an answer for all the crazy symptoms & declining health, I finally found the right doctor, with the right diagnosis & was able to put the "pieces of the puzzle" together!
In December of 2014, it was determined I developed metal allergies to the metals used in my (improperly fitted) dental restoration & since then, it's been a nightmarish experience!!
Research, coupled with video and (legally taped) comments from the Prosthodontist, Dental Lab & Bego (patent holder) validate the facts of my current issue and the need for all parties to compensate for the damages!
Because of the severity of the allergy, all the restorative work done by the Prosthodontist & Dental Lab, must now be removed & replaced! Without replacing the framework on the implants, $45,000 worth of implants will fail!
Estimated cost of that replacement? $36,000.00 (not including a potential replacement of an implant due to failure)!
Having this kind of allergy (as told to me & the Dental Lab owner by the allergist) is like having an allergy to Poison Ivy & then ingesting it on a daily basis! The longer this metal framework stays in my mouth, the more my system is stressed & will react and continue to have a negative impact on my health!
Instead of being accountable & taking an active roll in helping to improve my quality of life, I've consistently been given the run around with little concern for my continually declining health!! I've not only suffered with the effects of "Metal" poisoning for years but have also had to deal with the consistent problems associated with the improperly installed bridgework ("rocking" bridgework, chipped and/or cracked teeth, poor fit)!! Not the quality workmanship you'd expected when your told your supposedly dealing with "top notch" professionals!!
Now the lab owner says he'd be more than happy to do whatever it takes to fix the problems but, at my cost!!
Why, should a patient, have to suffer yet another indignity when they (Prosthodontist, Lab Owner & Manufacturer) know, it's their mistake?
Why, should a patient have to pay another dime after paying (to date) over $74,000 for something that was never done right, in the first place?
I consider that "immoral" and bad business ethics!!
I have been dealt a major injustice here & that's why I'm asking for "Your" support in seeking restitution for a new restoration by a third party!!
There's strength in numbers & with your show of support, I believe this petition along with the evidence I've gathered, should be enough to prompt the Rhode Island Attorney Generals office & The Board of Health to intervene on my behalf!
Please help me by asking friends & family to join in my efforts in seeking restitution for the restoration by a third party as I no longer have the confidence, they will ever, make it right!!
We need to let the dental community know, they may find protection within the states bias laws but, we won't allow them to be above their moral obligation to us as doctors… "To Do No Harm"!
