But it is one son in particular, that DCF has lied to the FBI regarding her parental rights. Everytime She has a meeting with a DCF supervisor with authroity, DCF retaliates by making no contact with her son, and is holding her son hostage in Deveraux youth center in Chulota Florida. He has no reason to be there, and DCF is coming up with stories and lies. This mother is preparing to sue the state for what they have done to her son, while he was in the care of DCF. She has medical records for all the days DCF claimed to he judge at hearings, that he was a runaway..That is because she has private insurance and always had it since he was a little boy, the hospital sent her copies of the records as they were sent to the insurance company. DCF had the audacity to call healthy kids, and pretend to be the mother, and cancelled the insurance thinking her son would be forced to go on medicaid, and the mother would not get the records.. They even put his address as the office of Big Bend in Panama City Florida. She is prepared to take this case all the way to the supreme court.. This abuse has to stop.DCF or rather certian individuals working for Big Bend in Panama city have lied, and have abused thier authority, I pray they will be prosecuted in the near future. As for her twins, the perpetrator who beat her in July last year, and the police pressed charges against him, but when he was arrested, he confessed to the arresting officer that he was the one making the false accusations to DCF, that is what he thought he was being arrested for.. He was arrested for felony aggravated battery on a disabled person which she became disabled as a result of arsenic poisoning.She has one lung, left, and one kidney and an implant near her hip.. We went to the State Attorny assigned to the case and she took everything down.. Funny, charges were dropped on Feb. 17th, due to insufficient evidence to proceed.. what crap,we have evidence, she never asked for it. the state attorney never called any one of her 5 doctors regarding this, nor me, and did not call anyone for a deposition.. We have a new state attorney who is a former judge, and he ran for state attorney because there is a 92% rate of having chrges dropped, and only have 8% of which there is actually a trial.. He wanted to clean house, from what I can tell so far, nothing has changed.. I walked in just after this perpetrator threw her against the wall..She relocated to Bradenton,and her ex was stalking her there as well.. He took out a lot of life insurance policies on her, and she is still in fear for her life. Not safe anywhere she goes.. He even had a GPS on her phone wihout her knowledge and knew every move she made, and who she was talking to.. He called Sprint and added his phone as a family plan. sprint, did it, and they are reponsible now,it was her account, and no one checked it out with her. He even hacked into our bank acct. and took money, and changed her address to panama city to vacant houses they used to live in..so he could collect her disability and child support checks. What a snake in the grass.. I have the pictures from her injuries, the civil atty has the picture,I also watched the MRI she had, and saw the cracked ribs.. No one can seem to locate the film....seems like evidence disappears.. and she has a copy but the letter was dated on the 18th and recieved on the 23rd of Feb. Now he is free. How in the world can they drop charges? Her son in orlando has seen him there at a gas station, the perpetrator stole a lot of money from acct belonging to my friends son, and he wire transferred it to south africa where he is from,and her son found out about it, and the next thing we knew, he was taken by DCF. When the twin towers fell, it was a major terrorist attack. He has custody from a 1 sided hearing, and the children are suffering. They had thier own injunction order so thier father could not come near them as they are scared of thier father..And he was only to have supervised visits, per the judge in Manatee County, but did not tell the judge in Bay county of the charges he was facing, and that he had no idea where his children were, he saw them 48 hrs earlier.. the police called him a trained assassin, he is on a data base for sexual exposure and mental abuse on male minors.. How the hell does he get custody? His attorney was ordered by the judge to have an expedited hearing for the mother, and instead, she closed the case,with a default. the judge said no default, but she lied as well and there was no expidited hearing, the mother did not have an attorney at the time, but she has one now . This mother needs justice NOW! By the way, this monster of a man is not a US citizen, but a terroris according to the police. Something needs to be don to reunite this mother with her children | |

He's with my mom and stepdad and recently they coached my son in saying he touched me sexually and I turned my self in to jail and I'm still going to court for this false allegation. I'm 8 months pregnant now with another little boy and I can't see my child and could loose this one too if charged with this. I just need help I admitt I was not the best mother but I tried I'm only 22 years old and I just want to raise my sons I don't deserve to lose them and don't deserve to get charged with something I didn't do. I've never hurt my child and never will I just the best for them. |

The Lawyer for defence of the mother asked the social worker, while under oath, if she believed that the "plan" was being followed by the mother, she said no. then was asked if it was hard to understand as to what was to be done by the mother? She answered yes! even the worked knew it was too confusing and vauge. Mom had several Items completed that were not recognized in the case because of this confusion. If she had known her rights she might have had a clearly stated "plan" which could have helped her by simply keeping her from wasting her presious time. The tings that she should have done that did not get done would have been less because her time was not spent on the other things that she thought she needed to complete that had no bearing in the case. It might also let me know if I had any rights to my god children. |

I have five children that were taken from due to an out of state warrant. They placed my childredn in the foster care system because I supposely didn't have anyone to care for te children while I was incarcerated. Yet, that wasn't the case and still isn't the case. Ive completed their case plan and continue to do. I am a recoverying addict that is maintaining her soberity. Yet DSS and the Courts feel that I havent't had enough time of soberity under my belt in oder to have reunification with my five children. So they terminated my parental rights on my two younger daughters that are 5 and 6 years old. I got to keep my parental rights in regards to my three older children, but they were put in long term foster care. They have now been separated from thier youger sisters even though they were all living together in the same home. The foster mom wants to adpot my two youngest daughters.They removed my three older ones stating that the foster mother could no longer handle all five children.Yet she was able to do so prior the last hearing. I will agree with others that the counties are no longer worried about the interest of the children. Its all about the money given to state and the county for each adpotion made. The federal government gives grants to these agencies. The system was orginally made to protect the children that were in danger. It seems that they just have gotten out of control. Their are children that ARE being abused or neglected with great degree. For what I can see and experienced that the counties are corrupt and really aren't trying to keep families together. |

His father was invovled in a hit and run accident and he had my son with him. I had no involvment, but I am on a 6 month case plan. I am jumping hoops and doing what it takes to get my son back. DCF is telling me my year is comming up and he will be placed permenantly with a family. even if a case plan is finished, doesn't mean dcf will follow through on there end. Dcf in Florida is a corrupt system. The bottom line of the whole system is $$$$. They get money for every child that is adopted out to another family. Its sad, and this is America?? The children are the one's that suffer, my son cry's cause he wants to come home. DCF what a sad corrupt system. |

The intake social worker stated that the person did not have much information other that what was stated earlier. I thought the charge was ridiculous. My husband told me that he had done the yard work and asked my daughter to pick up the pile that was left in the yard. He further stated that it started to rain shortly after he told her to pick up the pile, and a small one at that. He said he never makes her clean up after the puppy because we also have a 17 year old daughter and he doesn't make her do it either! After the visit by the social worker,my husband and the 8 year old left the house. My 17 year old said she came outside and the lady across the street in an adjacent house, was staring at her when she came out to get the mail. My daughter said she had been looking out the window and this neighbor was staring continuously at our house. When I asked her to describe her, it sounds like the same lady that knocked on my door asking to use a ladder in by garage to get into her house. What's funny is the ladder is in the back of the garage. When I asked her how she knew it was back there, she said "I saw it looking from my top porch across the street". I thought "the nerve of this woman". Furthermore, the social worker disclosed to us that the person that made the call was actually looking out the window at the time my husband and daughter were out there at 10:00 am in the morning. The point is that parents need legal recourse by false accusers especially. I know social services has a job to do and they can'tdo it if they are spending time on false claims of child abuse. Anyone making the charge, should be man or woman enough to leave a name and verifiable identity information so they can be held accountable from malicious or false accusations. How can we protect ourselves as parents! My husband is in heathcare and can't have abuse charges against him period. Again, the law needs to stop the madness by letting reports go unpunished when they are proven to be false. | |

| 611 | 2:23 pm PDT, Jul 8 | Ms. | Anonymous | North Carolina | my children were taken away almost 2 years ago and now the new social worker that i have and i dont get along too much and she told my therapist that she was going to ask the judge to terminate my parental rights and i dont know if she can do that because i still go to therapies and i pay child support and im still doing all that they have told me to do im a young mother and i know and i accept that i wasnt being a good mother back then but i have taking both individual and anger management class and safe child classes and i pay child support and everithing and now my social worker is in contac with my dauthers family in mexico and she calls them all the time so they would fax them some papers and she tells them that they have to come because i m gonna get deported sooner or later and that she wants them to stay with family and that is not fair to me she s being descrimating, and that is not fair, and then she calls the foster mom and tells her stuff to make her feel bad because she is american and my dauthers are hispanic and they have to be with a latino family, and she even tells her that i dont want my daughters and that i want to send them with their dad in mexico wich is a lie because he dont even want them he says that he is not ready to handle 2 kids plus he still does drugs and next month he s goin back to rehab now i dont know what to do cause i want my daugthers back into my life and i dont wanna lose my rights another thing the new social worker dont even want my family to go to the visits anymore she dont let them see my girls and my other social worker would let my family see the can she do that?? i have lots of questions | |

It is one week before trial and now DCF wants to drop that case and go after my parental rights. I believe they knew they would not win and so they are threatening me with permanently taking away my children. How can they get away with this? They are the terrorists within the confines of our government. All who see and write on this site need to make one voice and address not only our states capital but the nations as well. Our families are being destroyed and the sanctity of the constitution of these United States have been tested and the statutes failed. Where are our legislators who say they will protect us? Where are the State's Attorney's who say they will uphold the laws? No where... DCF is a gangster organization that joins together with other agencies and through collusion kidnap our kids. Disclosure of Parental Rights
We the people of the United States, in order to establish justice, prevent negligence and ignorance and save time and taxpayer's money, unanimously request that the Department of Social Services in every state of the Union publicly post ALL the legal rights of parents/guardians as pertains to them and their children who find themselves clients of Child Protective Services.
