Help the World's Most Vulnerable People

Refugees are people forced to flee from war or persecution through no fault of their own. They are the world’s most vulnerable people. Since 1950, UNHCR — the UN Refugee Agency — has protected refugees all over the world.

The UN Refugee Agency is especially committed to caring for those most at risk: children who have lost their parents, single mothers and their families, the elderly and the sick and disabled.
