There is a dark dead end street containing a swamp and schools for handicap and special needs children. Many drivers including school bus drivers speed recklessly down this street resulting in hit and run of humans and cats and cause accidents.
I urge the city to install speed bumps on the street to slow down those especially who purposely attempt to run over cats on the street. There are many volunteers who are devoted to helping feed this cat colony including nonprofit organization called "Ferals In Peril." They also participate in TNR trap neuter release program to help control cat population, vaccinate and treat cats. Feel free to go their website for any information or if you'd like to make a donation for their and our cause!" They hire vets for the day to treat and neuter cats every Sunday and as you know it's not cheap.
Please take a moment to sign this petition and share with everyone you know who wants to help these beautiful friendly cats we have bonded with over the years and decades. We feed and clean up after them so not to create a mess or health hazards. Most cats let me pet them and rub up against me with affection and gratitude! They even recognize my car a block away! They start scattering toward our feeding area before I even get there!!!

You can view it by seeing above video to understand out desperate concern and pleas for the city to install speed bumps without disrupting traffic as this is a dead end street in middle of nowhere which is why it gets abused and cats lives threatened and harassed.
