Aqua will not repair in a timely manner. They will not replace lines that sit on the top of the ground, so as you would think the pipe gets broke. We had a line broke for days that flooded the yard of one of their customers and a property owner. They said No Big Deal. We will get to at some point. When the water is on it is BROWN, CLOUDY, STINK. MOST residents dont drink this crap. We use it to wash cloths and that is a story all in its self. Whits turn cream if your lucky. Everyone showers and you end up breaking out. So this company and their service is so beyond not working for Hidden Forest Estates Neighborhood.
