Show you have true belief in what you are doing by freezing all the personal assets of your family and of those of your cabinet. Also restrict the family income of yours and all cabinet ministers to minimum wage levels. This should be done for the duration of your austerity measures and your period of cuts. I'm sure that if you and your people are truly convinced that what you are doing is correct and honourable you should have no problems getting this legislation passed. If you can't or won't get it passed you need to consider your position in Government.

You seem to think that living on the breadline is easy. Well it isn't and you would find this out if you tried this social experiment. I'm sure that all the millionaires in your cabinet would be only too glad to show their solidarity with the normal people of Britain. Unless of course what you are preaching isn't what you believe. After the austerity measures end you will have your assets released and be back paid all earnings owed. Expenses should be claimed but only in line with the rest of the real people of Britain not at your normal rates.
