Help us get Tony Johnson a fair trial.

Should a person life end, while America sets the stage to make profit off of the crime in which men in this country are being convicted of and are given heavy sentencing? We should sign this petition for a person who was rightfully sentenced for his crime, but wrongfully tried and sentenced based on a lack care from our judicial system. Let us be reminded, that drugs are legalized in many states and countries, these so called "dispensaries" are allowed to setup shop in the sight of local government; they are consider safe venues to operate and sell control substances. Look at the faces of those doing the selling of these drugs! My friend Tony Ray Johnson considered himself a drug dealer, he never was convicted of fighting, manipulating, or murdering anyone. He just became a casualty of society's ills to sell a control substance to those who wanted to buy it without getting hurt in the process. My question is this, does Tony deserve to spend the rest of his natural life behind bars in a penal system that farms men to create a industry and profit for the state? I say no, Tony has served better than 10 years, he paid restitution to his state for the crime in which he was convicted of! No man should spend the rest of his life in jail for a drug offense whether habitual or repeated offender. Tony doesn't have the heart of a criminal, Tony has the heart of a hustler, Tony has a good spirit, and deserves the human right to come home to his family. We should sign this petition because through Christ Jesus we were all given second, third, fourth, and even many more chances through Christ who loves us. Our desire should be that we search our hearts, and ask the question, should our nation, based on its history, should give its citizens a second chance in this life? If your answers are that of a forgiving and merciful God, filled with grace and mercy for His creation; well, this petition should be signed with no regrets.

Free Tony Ray Johnson from incarsaration.
