Lets face it, attorneys choose their profession to make money; if their potential clients' can not afford the "retainer" fee, then it adds additional risk to their bottom lines. The "CPS" has very deep legal pockets and a firm, pro-bono or not, may not have sufficient resources to be willing to obtain a great deal of risk should they lose. | The simple statement that we are "allowing them to brain wash our children" shows a simple lack of ethical and moral judgment just by stating that question to be factual. I never "allowed" my child to be brain washed. I didn't stand by and twiddle my thumbs while this was happening. Our children are being 'brainwashed' by "CPS" through their close ties with the judicial system that ignores factual evidence on the family's behalf and takes CPS's testimony to be gospel. | Without knowledge of any other CPS cases other than my own; I have to go on the assumption that the majority of the children removed have been done so on a legal and proper basis. That is what "we" are paying them to do. God help those children that CPS does remove from violent and abusive environments: that's what we're paying them to do. I am only referring to my case. My case is different because there was no basis for CPS to enter into my household and into my daughter's life. Nobody protects them because everyone hates them. | Children arn't as smart as most people think. We arn't very smart, so we don't even know that whats going on. Kids are gulible, they believe just about anything there told. | The citizens onley do this because its the law. Tax is requiered for every american, tax is the paycheck for those kidnappers. | American Citizens have rights, every last one. But when someone threatens to take your kids away, you choke. So you jump to the ever-lasting conclusion that now you have less rights. |
